Unbelievable if I didn't answer my phone at work for 45 minutes after I was "open I would lose my job. I've been without power for 3 days and all I can speak to is a damn robot 22 million people...

Total lack of respect for customers. Have been on hold for hours - 3 days in a row. Still - No human available. Impossible to reach by phone. A joke to be on hold for that long. Ridiculous.
