History
Twenty years of teaching Pilates apparatus and Pilates mat. I have taught clients from rehabilitation to fitness. I believe that Pilates is for every - body no matter what stage in life you are in. Pilates teaches you the fundamentals of building a healthy spine, strong core, and the art of how your body is designed to move to create balance and strength. I am also certified in Yoga which I like incorporate into the Pilates repertoire adding more length and flexibility to the muscles. In 2018 I became a Certified Health Coach with a desire to help others create a healthy lifestyle through exercise, attitude, and nutrition.

Pilates on the reformer, cadillac, chair, and mat for any fitness level. I specialize in the Pilates method for experiencing the full benefits of Pilates; balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, control with emphasis on strengthening the core. I also offer tailored sessions for Seniors. Offering personal training or duet training in a quite studio. Reasonable rates and a free half hour consultation.
