US Naval Museum featuring the USS Orleck DD-886 which was commissioned at the end of WW2. The ORLECK served thru the Korean, Vietnam, and Cold Wars with the United States Navy. She was then sold to the Turkish Navy in 1982 and served in the first Gulf War under the Turkish Flag. She was decommissioned from the Turkish Navy in 2000 after which she began her life as a floating naval museum in the United States. The USS ORLECK is the most heavily decorated warship post WW2 with 18 Battle Stars.
