Operating on the belief that not every child fits into the public school system, founder David Price and the other educators at Basix Knowledge Academy tailor the institution's grade 6 to 12 curriculum independent study/at-home program to fit their students of all ages. Inside a bright blue and yellow siding-clad structure Basix maintains offices, classrooms and a gym/basketball court/assembly area. The entire staff at the fully accredited school is welcoming to visitors and the youngsters who spend time learning here.
