History
This location was established in 2011 Mrs Kim Hall, Mrs. Shiwila Willis Felton which originated from Butner Learning Center also located in Atlanta. Butner Learning Center has been open since October 2008 under the direction of Mrs Shiwila Willis Felton. We hope to have as many pleased and happy parents of well mentally & emotionally developed children as long as we continue both locations.
