Part of a national chain, Curves is a fitness facility that caters to women and provides a 30-minute circuit workout. Members can drop in any time the gym is open to get a workout. Sessions are unlimited for a monthly fee. The Downtown Alpharetta location is in the Alpharetta Square Shopping Center.
