Formerly Zest Studio Fitness from 2013 through February 2018. Fit Frenzy Studio reopened in March of 2018 adding many more classes and instructors while lowering prices for members. We eliminated the dreaded contract!! Pay month to month. But oddly enough our monthly members continue to come back every month!

The only ladies only fitness facility in Buford. No contract! Pay either 7.00 per day or 49.99 per month for unlimited classes. Classes offered seven days per week. Get healthy, have fun and make new friends. Come give us a try. As a new visitor, you can attend your first class for free!
