Georgia Cities Foundation, established in 1999, is nonprofit subsidiary of the Georgia Municipal Association, which is a voluntary organization that provides legislative advocacy, educational, employee benefit and technical consulting services to its members. It offers loans up to $250,000. The organization provides loan funds for a variety of projects, such as real estate acquisition, building rehabilitation, new constructions, and green spaces and parks. Georgia Cities Foundation has provided loans totaling more than $8,380,629 for over 45 projects in nearly 30 cities. It accepts funds from various corporations, individuals and private foundations. Georgia Cities Foundation is located in Atlanta.
