Georgia Tech Recreation Center is conveniently located on Ferst Drive. This recreation center has a list of activities and is host to a 15,000 sq ft fitness center. The center is for members only, including facility, staff, students and friends. Some of the activities at this location include self-defense courses, aquatics, weight training, basketball, yoga and more.

The Northwest Cobb YMCA offers a range of support services for children and their families. The organization features a whirlpool and gymnasium.
