The brand new Southern Star Tattoo parlor is located on Ponce De Leon Avenue, underneath the Friends on Ponce Bar, about a half-mile west of Freedom Parkway. Southern Star's friendly staff offers 50 years of combined experience in a bright, clean, memorably-decorated facility.
