Victory Church has a goal of developing services and celebrations that affect human ilfe, be it spiritual or physical, political or personal, financial or mental. The religious institution has four ministries available: outreach, youth, church support and Christian education. It is led by Pastor Kenneth Lee Samuel, a native of Darlington, South Carolina.
