El Rey Music Center has been teaching music to the community and its surrounding areas since 1947. However, El Rey does a great deal more than teach lessons. It also oversees the formation of bands and books shows at local bars and clubs. Additionally, El Rey helps local youths to form their own bands and to integrate themselves into the local music scene.
