Located inside the Bolingbrook Recreation & Aquatic Complex that primarily houses the Pelican Harbor Aquatic Park in West Central Bolingbrook (just north of Lily Cache Lane), LifeStyles Fitness Center and Spa features about 100 fitness machines, including PreCor cardiovascular, LifeFitness and BodyMasters resistance, and a variety of free-weights equipment. In addition to locker rooms and close access to the nearby aquatic park, LifeStyles houses two full-length hardwood basketball/volleyball courts. Membership packages include personal training, massage therapy, one tanning booth/bed, group exercise classes and childcare.
