Our story begins several years ago when, as clients, we realized the value of performing exercise properly. Using the slow-movement method, performed on the best machines on the market (MedX), we discovered it was no longer necessary to spend hours and hours in the gym, in order to achieve the highest level of fitness and within such a short period of time -- only 30 minutes! Once we became trainers, ourselves, we felt we could do more and we wanted to provide the same proven results to all! Seven years ago, we opened up our first franchise operation of this unheard of workout, using the StrengthTime method.
