History
Westside Children's Therapy developed from a passion of its therapists to improve the well-being of their patients and families. Their desire to help children soon led to an extensive and committed client base. The company soon transformed from a home visit practice into a clinic facility with the opening of its first office in Frankfort, Illinois in 1996 under the name Children's Therapy Specialists. In 2007, a second clinic was opened in Joliet, and both clinics were incorporated under the name Westside Children's Therapy. The hard work and dedication of the staff helped develop the business, which had grown to provide services in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In May 2011, the company initiated an ABA program. Despite the expansion of services, the business remains aligned with its core mission of providing the highest quality of therapy services while treating its patients like extended family.
