Two Dimensional Instruments, LLC 2DI was founded in 1999 to make a better chart recorder and data logger, to monitor and document temperature and humidity. The ThermaViewer was introduced in 2002. This unique instrument uses external sensors to sample, store and display temperature or temperature/humidity on a large LCD display. The ThermaViewer is used in research, industry and business to protect and comply with regulatory requirements for monitoring temperature and/or humidity. They are used in blood banks, doctor offices, pharmaceutical companies, warehouses, laboratories, manufacturing facilities and museums. The Therma Viewer initially used a digital sensor to sample temperature, which worked great for refrigerators and freezers, but wasn't accurate enough for some more-demanding-applications. More accurate sensors for accuracies of 0.3C , 0.2C , and even 0.1C . Any type of thermocouple sensor can also be used with the ThermaViewer display unit. Our customers are laboratories, food manufacturing companies, warehouses, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, nursing homes, hospitals, trucking fleets and anyone else who must monitor and document temperature or temperature/RH. They love the Therma Viewer because it is self-contained, stores years of temperature history, require no maintenance and cost less than the alternatives.
