Primary Care Centers of Eastern Kentucky has been providing healthcare to the citizens of Perry County since 2003 and has grown to include 4 locations throughout Perry, Knott, and Leslie Counties. We provide a wide array of services ranging from family medicine, to pediatrics, to behavioral health. In 2015, PCCEK also opened the Pharmacy Care Center in Hazard.
