History

Zinci records was founded by Nicholas J Blackburn & William Coates on Nov 28th 2012. The initial investment made by both men came from inheritance left by the passing of their father's Bill Coates Sr. and Timothy Nagel. They started the business to create a legacy that would live on and positively affect the cities they called home. The two men discussed the joint business venture and their shared vision. Art is born from creative environments, and we strive to provide the best space available to meet and cater to individuals needs. In 2014 Zinci expanded to include video production, making it one of the most diverse providers of audio and video production in the Midwest.
