I've brought my lab mix here ever since my week long trip to Mexico in June 2013. The owner Jennifer is professional as well as her staff. The rates are reasonable too.

Very nice Kennel with great rates. They have a good set up and will wash and groom your dog before you pick her up. It's a bit far from DC, but worth it for the spacious facilities and the prices.
