Carol Deibel is the director of the Department of Public Works and Planning, which is adjacent to Bynum Run Park. The department handles a number of issues, including building permits and requests, street maintenance and many tasks in-between. The department's monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm in Town Hall and are open to the public.
