History
Bliss in the Barn is located on historic Charles Street in La Plata, Maryland, Zekiah Ridge Farm, as it is affectionately known, has been in the Thomas family for over half a century. Operated as a tobacco farm, the Thomases grew the iconic Southern Maryland crop for years on their 120-acre farm. The Tobacco barn is now used for events such as weddings, family reunions, corporate retreat or any other gatherings. Cindy started Bliss in the Barn event venue in 2016 after her niece Jordan had her wedding reception at the barn in 2014.
