If you're seeking a full-body workout that isn't too high impact, try Pilates. This form of exercise focuses on breathing, centering, control, coordination, flow of movement and precision. At Body Libra, the studio is equipped with Pilates equipment and offers a reception area, changing room and lending library of Pilates books and DVDs.
