Rose Woodruff, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach started Executive Decision Coaching in 2008. In 2016, she opened Executive Decision Coaching, LLC. It focused more on personal and professional leadership development than the sole proprietorship that focused more on entrepreneurial and life coaching.
