Jack & Jill Ice Cream, which began in 1929 as a tiny ice cream company that sold its product door-to-door, is now a major mid-Atlantic distributor of ice cream, frozen foods and other national brand ice creams. The company diversified a decade after opening and started a vending machine business, which is headquartered in New Jersey. Jack & Jill remains a family-owned business run by founder Mickey Schwartz's grandson, Ken.
