History
In 2012, I began working at a gym as a front desk staff member having no prior interest in my health. This was the same year I met one of my currently closest friends who introduced me to the world of weight training. I then became deeply fascinated with fitness and the different forms of training the body as well as nutrition and started doing my own research. Upon moving to Texas to finish my bachelors degree, I gained a small crowd of people who were interested in what I had to say and what I did in the gym. I had multiple people asking me to train them, but without a certification I didn't feel that I was qualified! Finally in 2013, I received my certification through NASM as a personal trainer and began testing my skills out by incorporating the things I've learned into workouts for myself and in some of the bootcamps I would hold on occasion.
