KTO was designed to offer parents superior, flexible child care when parents need it. We have since expanded our programs to ensure that all your child care needs can be meet from age 2-10 years.

Child Care when you need it! Kids Time Out is the only hourly child care center in Howard County. We offer flexible child care to meet parent's ever-changing needs. We also offer traditional full/part time care, before and after school care for 3 local elementary schools, and camps for when schools are closed. KTO is also offers emergency care for the times when your regular child care falls through.
