Great Value for the area, staff is real friendly and helpful. Maintenance is super quick also. They are older town homes, but are real clean.

If you can avoid leasing from here do it. Go else where. My roommates and I went through hell and back trying to lease a 3 bedroom for only 3 months which some how turned to 4 months without us...
