This locally owned gym is down a series of twisting industrial back roads, but there is plenty of signage at various intervals to help you find your way. This fitness center is very modern on the inside, with sanded concrete and exposed stairways. They aim to compete with chain mega gyms and have all the analogous services like sprawling weight rooms, herds of cardio machines and lots of black shirted personal trainers.
