Recognizing a potential niche producing fresh New York style bagels, the partners of Finagle A Bagel went to New York in 1989 to learn bagel baking. They returned to Boston with the desire to serve the best bagel in the region and founded the company in the Quincy Market Building of historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Since, Finagle A Bagel has grown into a popular location in the Boston area. The company is known for combining quality ingredients, variety and freshness in the form of a fresh baked jumbo-sized bagel. Its bagels are boiled, baked and cooled, then tumbled, still warm, into baskets for sale.
