History
To start, we thought about deeper motivations. A more complete picture of fitness: Performance, but not at the sake of long-road viability. Transformation, but not just on the outside, from the inside out. And a community and sanctuary to share the path. Gymnasia is dedicated to Strength & Movement. What does that mean? It's the two elements of any fitness: Strength is your capacity, Movement is your ability. It's what your body needs to cross a finish line, take up ballet, and carry your kid (or grandkid) up the mountain. Strength in a number, Movement is a word Strength is engineering, Movement is design Strength is math, Movement is art Strength is yang, Movement is yin Strength is knowledge, Movement is wisdom Strength & Movement will make you more athletic, leaner, more aware, more present and stand taller, and move better in everything you do.
