Rec Place Afterschool is a private, non-profit afterschool program located in the Lower Falls Community Center. The program operates after regular school hours for children in grades K-5. It offers a safe, warm, caring environment for children through its wide range of programming. The program is financed by parent-paid tuition. Applicants are accepted without regard to race, religion, cultural origin or heritage, sexual orientation, political beliefs, ability, gender, age and without regard to the marital status of guardian(s). Lower Falls residents are given priority for any slots open after previously enrolled children have been re-enrolled.
