Established in 2017. Saloniki is our tribute to the Greek Sandwich shop. Founded by 3 Restaurant industry veterans - James Beard Award winner, Chef Jody Adams; Thessaloniki-born Restauranteur, Eric Papachristos; Hospitality & Management expert, Jonathan Mendez.
