After first opening a store at the South Shore Plaza, Sanctuary Books, a Christian books shop, opened its new headquarters in Needham in 2005, just off Route 95 near Staples and Petco. The store also has locations in Mattapan and Stoughton. The company is affiliated with the Jubilee Christian Church, a Boston-based religious group. The bookstore sells, in addition to bibles and other religious texts, DVDs, music and various gifts.
