Created by two childhood friends, Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi. The passion of the two creators is distilled through core values: demand quality, cultivate consistency, pleasure and taste, flavors and stage decor. Paolo Benassi: our goal is to make excellent gelati most naturally as possible. Soon the success drives them to settle on prestigious sites. The crowds in front of their stores are now part of the summer scene of many capitals. Cristiano Sereni my greatest satisfaction is to discover through Amorino, the magic of Italian ice creams ... part of my homeland, my little home The flavor of ice cream is primarily due the careful selection of each ingredient as well as labor and patient quality of preparation. Amorino has an acute awareness of this challenging process. Each new recipe pushes a little further research flavors and tasting pleasure.
Specialties
Our ice creams and sorbets are turbinated daily in compliance with the Italian tradition, under the eyes of our leaders . Our recipes are accompanied by a maturing time allowing each flavor refining and allows time for each perfume to assert its own character. We use organic free range eggs, whole milk of high quality. No artificial flavors and no dye have room in our ice. This is a basic requirement of our work.
