The mission of the Michigan Works! Association is to provide leadership and services, and promote quality and excellence for the advancement of Michigan's workforce development system and its customers and professionals. The Michigan Works! focuses on providing information and resources to enable our customers, job seekers and employers, to successfully compete in today's economy and achieve economic security. This system provides services to all employers and all job seekers. A Michigan Works! Service Center is a location where a core set of services are accessible by both employers and job seekers and where services from various workforce development programs are collocated for easy customer access.
