New Lothrop Junior High School offers a variety of educational and extracurricular programs to students. It has an enrollment of more than 350 students in grades seven through 12. The organization offers various subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, biology, history, government, geography, and health and physical education. It organizes a wide range of extracurricular programs, including bowling, drama, band, choir, and quiz and knowledge bowls. The school also has various clubs and organizations that include the Future Farmers of America Organization, National Honor Society and a student council. It also offers the Students Against Destructive Decisions club that organizes seminars and meetings on preventative methods of drug and alcohol abuse prevention. The school is located in New Lothrop, Mich., and is affiliated with New Lothrop Area Public Schools.
