The Real Ryder Revolution fitness center offers intense spinning classes that appeal to both cycling enthusiasts and overall health buffs. This center uses Real Ryder stationary bicycles, which mimic outdoor biking maneuverability. Classes run anywhere between 45 to 60 minutes.
The center also offers TRX training, which involves performing a variety of traditional bodyweight and strength training exercises. The difference is participants perform these moves with suspension bands. This exercise is aimed at improving not only strength, but also balance and flexibility.
