Over the next couple of years we had exponential growth and streamlined our operations to support multiple projects. We picked up a good customer base and most of our revenues came through repeat business and referrals. We focused extensively on quality and establishing standard processes and procedures. Then came the internet bubble. Companies started drastically cutting IT budgets and looking for cheaper alternatives. A few of our dot.com customers went out of business while some others put a hold on their projects. Tecra responded to the challenge, survived and came out a stronger company. In late 2001, we acquired a2z2u.com, a web development company based in Hyderabad, India. The acquisition gave an instant thrust to our custom development capabilities by further enhancing our ability to provide quality solutions at extremely competitive prices. It also gave us access to a wealth of talent pool with expertise in a wide range of technologies. Over the years we developed a few products which currently form the core of our revenues. These include AccuConnect, MemberLogik, AuctionLogik and Insurenet Online. We also provide customization, integration and support services for all our products. In addition, we formed several strategic partnerships with companies like XMPie, Microsoft, IBM, Sun, Experian, Secure-24 and others. We have a special relationship with XMPie and currently provide integration and custom development for its entire suite of products. We are proud to be the premier provider of integration services for XMPie customers in the US. Tecra currently has a dual-shore operation with offices in US and India. In 2006, we expanded our service offerings and ventured into Business Process Outsourcing ( BPO ). We have state-of-the-art development and BPO operations in India with excellent infrastructure and support.
