The Salvation Army, an international organization, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. The Plymouth location of the Salvation Army Church also provides disaster relief, emergency assistance, family counseling, and adult and youth services. Visitors are encouraged to join in for regular Sunday services or volunteer within an assistance program.
