Thrive Martial Arts and Fitness was founded in November, 2012 by Exercise Specialist Amir Rad. Him and his team of qualified trainers specialize in exercise programming, corrective exercise, nutritional counseling, and assisted stretching, and self defense.
Specialties
Our primary focus is Personal Training, corrective exercise, Bootcamps, Yoga, and self defense. All of our clients get a partner assisted stretch after each workout.
