At CrossFit White Bear we believe positive attitude and encouragement can be just as powerful as proper form or technique. By helping others push past their limits to achieve new levels of fitness, we are certain that this confidence and positivity will translate to other areas of life outside of the gym. We offer a variety of training options such as group CrossFit classes, Boot Camp classes, sports specific training or personal training. All our programs are scalable for the the stay at home mom, desk jockey or the elite athlete. The CrossFit classes are a core strength and conditioning program that uses compound movements at high intensity to improve a members cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Boot Camp classes are based off the same principles as the CrossFit classes, however, they focus on resistance training using only a client's body weight, randomized movements such as kettlebell swings, burpees,
