History
Lawrence Merchandising began in 1962 as part of Lawrence Jewelry Company, which sold jewelry to Target Corporation. Lawrence approached Target and in addition to selling their product offered to include the value-added in-store merchandising which would maximize their sell-through at Target stores. This business model became very successful and the scope of business continued to evolve into other product categories and retail channels for additional manufacturers, suppliers and retailers. The core competency of in-store support and visual merchandising expanded to include a wide variety of merchandising services. The Lawrence Merchandising client list is wide and diverse as are the type of merchandising services provided and continues to grow enabling Lawrence to further increase its areas of expertise. The result of years of fine tuning merchandising skills in the retail industry yields a strong business partner with the knowledge, experience and a proven customized approach.
