Originally an expansion team, the Minnesota Vikings reached its 50th season in the National Football League in 2010. The team is headquartered at Winter Park in Eden Prairie, where administrative offices and practice facilities are located. Home games are played at Mall of America Field at the Metrodome in downtown Minneapolis. The Vikings represent Minnesota in the NFC North Division, which the team won in the 2009-2010 season on its way to the NFC conference championships.
