Santorini has served its American and Mediterreanean fare since 1997, opening its Eden Prairie location in 2008. Despite its overt Greek and Italian architectural and culinary themes, Santorini's offerings are truly diverse, with South American-style peppered New York steak, a $19.95 lobster dinner (fueled by live lobster tanks), Colorado-raised lamb chops, and happy hour drink and appetizer specials.
An outdoor patio with lake views complements Santorini's classic interior, which includes a substantial dining room, bar seating and private event space for up to 80 guests.
