Vida Bodywork, LLC, opened as a small private studio in 2012 in the Uptown Wellness Center at 29th and Bryant Ave. In 2016 we moved to the Lyn-Lake building at 611 W. Lake St, opening our first full time storefront. We are licensed by the City of Minneapolis.

Uptown's best walk-in massage therapy. Intuitive and skilled certified massage practitioners specializing in deep tissue work aims to help each client meet their wellness goals. Our relaxing storefront located is across from Fuyi Ya in Uptown. We offer deep tissue, sport, swedish/relaxation, Thai, couples, and fully clothed massage options including chair, foot, and table massage. Thai and couples massage by appointment only.
