Stopped by BYP when visiting my brother. We got the chicken sandwich, rib plate and cheese burger eggrolls. Also got some Lemonade - YUM!

Overcooked, over battered and dry tiny pieces of chicken. One bite and I was mortified by the taste of it. Legs, thighs are itty bitty. The wings were sooo little and the breast was too dry.

Born in New Iberia, Louisiana, Chef Escuriex started his culinary career as a young man, catering parties for friends at duck hunting camps and private dinner parties.
