History
Heritage House was originally intended for retired teachers. Construction was completed in 1969. The funding for the building was started by donations from current teachers who were looking for a place to retire together. In the years since, the building has been opened to anyone but the majority of our residents are over the age of 55. The Board of Directors keeps rents as low as possible so seniors can live comfortably.
