Established in 1910, Livestock Exchange Building was formerly known as the Kansas City Stockyards. It provides restaurant facility, concession stand, full-service post office, barbershop, and on-site ownership and management within the building. It has a health club with showers and lockers that provides monthly membership options. Its office features include woodwork, maple wood flooring, high ceilings, high speed Internet access, back up generator capabilities, and heating and cooling system.
