I didn't get my hot tub from them but they ALWAYS service it if needed. Same service person Kyle for years (as needed). Always have good service from him and everyone at location on Dorsett Rd.

Just a heads up, they only offer Hot Tub service on Hot Tubs that they've sold. They will refer you to someone named Marty who didn't seem that professional for any other hot tub service.
