Great location and staff is helpful. It's near 94 and 364 and has a Schnucks and Walmart near. Gas station across the street and near Club Fitness. Restaurants also all around

I was sent a lease renewal and was given a timeline till 4/24/23 till either accept or deny it. When I went to renew though the prices were all changed and the rate increases more than doubled....
